Chinese-American Bilingual Remote Sales Assistant Wanted

Metropolitan Capital ISO is looking for a strong, work-from-home remote sales assistant to assist our domestic sales team and better serve our potential customer base of Chinese-owned restaurant businesses in the United States.

RFP ISO provides financial services to restaurants, retailers, and service businesses throughout the United States. We currently have over 10,000 potential Chinese restaurant customers who can use our services, but we need someone to help us build relationships with these prospects.

HOURLY COMPENSATION: The position pays $4 an hour (USD) for a maximum of 40-120 hours worked per month as a base salary, which is paid every two (2) weeks for every hour worked in a bi-weekly pay period. For example, the hours worked in April 2025 will be paid on April 16th, and May 1, 2025

WEEKLY BONUS COMPENSATION: The position also pays bonuses/commissions every Wednesday and Monday as sales are closed and processed at any time during a sales week. For example, if you encourage a business owner to sign up for our $5,000 service on Wednesday in week one, you would get paid a $100 bonus/commission on the following Monday in week two. The commission scale ranges from $50 up to $3,000 “per sale” (depending on the service the client signs up for) according to the chart below:

  • $25,000: $125 = Sales Assistant Bonus
  • $50,000: $250 = Sales Assistant Bonus

  • $100,000: $500 = Sales Assistant Bonus
  • $150,000: $750 = Sales Assistant Bonus
  • $250,000: $1,250 = Sales Assistant Bonus
  • $350,000: $1,750 = Sales Assistant Bonus
  • $500,000: $2,500 = Sales Assistant Bonus
  • $600,000: $3,000 = Sales Assistant Bonus

METHOD OF PAY: RFP ISO uses “Remitly,” an electronic payment service, to pay our work-from-home/remote sales agents.

The position requires a friendly, upbeat, professional, pleasant speaking voice that can accommodate the accents and dialects of the Chinese business world. We also require someone who can effectively and efficiently communicate with us using the ability to speak, read, and write in perfect English.

RFP ISO will provide you with complete training, your own virtual phone line extension with a customizable voicemail message, a company email account, and a personalized brochure with your company-provided contact information so that prospects can call you back, email you, and otherwise deal with you directly to help them sign up with us.

Because there are so many Chinese businesses that we can contact, we are looking for someone who has long-term financial goals in mind and is looking for an opportunity to make good money while providing a much-needed service to the Chinese business community in the United States.

The position simply involves calling from a specific list of business customers that we provide and asking the business owner for their permission to send them a brochure about our products and services. Then, once they receive the brochure and have had a date or two to look it over, you call them back and ask them if they want to sign up for the service. If they are willing to sign up for the service, then you will assist them in completing the registration process.

When RSP ISO sends them the final services contract, and they accept and sign it, RFP ISO will pay you a bonus according to the scale below. Once the customer’s payment is processed, you will be paid the next day via direct deposit through Remitly.

NOTE: This is not a “one call, that’s all” lead generation or telemarketing position. You must treat this as if it’s your own business and that you are trying to contact a dearly valued customer/client. You will be required and expected to call them more than once, leave a voicemail, call them back, and get a verbal yes or no before you give up on contacting them as a prospect.

Therefore, someone with experience in face-to-face sales, phone sales, customer service, escalations, retention, outside sales, or relationship-based selling does the best with this opportunity.

The right candidate for the role must be a self-starter, motivated, and committed to improving their financial situation. We have found that stay-at-home moms, part-time entrepreneurs, and recently laid-off call center professionals are the best fit for the role. The person must be computer literate, familiar with using the Internet, Acrobat, Microsoft Office, and Zoom, and can at least type 25 WPM.

Additionally, the ideal candidate for us must have the following resources in place:

  • A reliable cell phone or smartphone using WhatsApp.
  • A dedicated home office or private workspace.
  • A noise-free environment that is not bothered or distracted by the noise of children or animals in the background.
  • A modern laptop or desktop PC running Windows 10/11.
  • High-speed Internet access.
  • A plug-in/USB headset microphone.
  • A flexible schedule for calling the four different time zones (EST, CST, MST, and PST) in the United States.
