Overseas Remote Sales Agent Wanted

Metropolitan Capital ISO has a position for a remote sales assistant to join our domestic sales team and enhance our outreach to small businesses across the United States.

We specialize in providing financial services to restaurants, retailers, and service-oriented businesses, and we have a significant pool of over 250,000 potential clients to contact by phone. To effectively connect with these prospects, we are seeking someone from the Philippines who can help cultivate these important relationships.

The role offers an hourly wage of $4 (USD) for a maximum of 40-160 hours per month, with payment issued every two weeks for the hours worked. Additionally, there are weekly bonuses and commissions paid every Monday and Wednesday based on sales closed during the week, with commissions ranging from $100 to $5,000 depending on the financing service the business owner signs up for.

Payments are processed through electronic services like Remitly or Wise Money Transfer. We are looking for a candidate with a friendly and professional demeanor, capable of communicating effectively in English, both spoken and written.

RFP ISO will provide a simple script to follow, a virtual phone line with a customizable voicemail, a company email account, and a personalized brochure featuring your contact information to facilitate communication with potential clients.

Additionally, the ideal candidate for us must have the following resources in place:

  • A reliable cell phone or smartphone using WhatsApp.
  • A dedicated home office or private workspace.
  • A noise-free environment that is not bothered or distracted by the noise of children or animals in the background.
  • A modern laptop or desktop PC running Windows 10/11.
  • High-speed Internet access.
  • A plug-in/USB headset microphone.
  • A flexible schedule for calling the four different time zones (EST, CST, MST, and PST) in the United States.
